List of documents required for customs clearance in Russia: 


- notarized copy of the Customer’s Founding Charter;

- notarized copy of the Customer’s Articles of Association or the list of the founders (shareholders' register ) ( if any);

- notarized copy of the resolution on the establishment of the Customer;

- notarized copy of constituent documents of the legal entities that are participants in the Customer;

- notarized copy of the Customer’s entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities ( or in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs);

- notarized copy of the Customer’s certificate of registration as a legal entity (or an individual entrepreneur) with the tax authority, stating the TIN, PSRN, and KPP codes;

- original balance sheet of the Customer for the last reporting period, with a note of the tax authority of its acceptance;

- original certificate from the bank on the opening of the Customer bank accounts (in foreign currency and Ruble), as a participant in foreign economic activity (valid for 1 month);

- copy of the Minutes of members (shareholders) of the Customer or a copy of the Resolution of the sole member (shareholder) of the Customer to appoint a sole executive body, certified by the Customer;

- copy of the order of appointment of the sole executive body of the Customer, certified by the Customer;

- copy of the passport of the sole executive body of the Customer;

- copy of the order of appointment of chief accountant certified by the Customer;

- copy of the passport of the Customer chief accountant;

- original statement from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (or from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs) on the state registration of the Customer as a legal entity (or an individual entrepreneur) (valid for 1 month);

- copy of a work permit of the sole executive body of the Customer (for foreign citizen), certified by the Customer;

- copy of registration (residence registration) of the sole executive body of the Customer (for foreigners), certified by the Customer;

- copy of the premises lease contract at the location of the Customer (or a copy of the document confirming the Customer’s ownership of the premises at his place of location), certified by the Customer.
